Residents of Indian Wells,

Have you booked your resident tee-times online in the past two years?

If so, we are pleased to inform you that we have recently upgraded our online booking engine for Indian Wells resident tee-times. Below you will find the instructions for creating a new user profile. Please read thouroughly before attempting to book a tee time:

1. After Clicking on Resident Portal (located at the bottom of this page), click on your desired tee time and you will be prompted to create a profile with your Username and Password.

2. If you have booked tee times in the past two years, your username will be “IWGR” followed by your resident card APN number located on the back side of your resident ID card.
For example, Username: IWGR456546544.

3. Your initial password will be your city zip code – 92210.
Once you have logged in for the first time you will then need to change your password to something more personalized.

4. For those of you with a spouse that has booked tee times using their own name and shares the same APN#, you will need to add the letter “a” at the end of the APN# for his/her username.
Please see below for example:

Password: 92210

5. For IW Residents that have not booked tee times since September 1, 2009, simply create a new username and password when booking your first tee time.


Residents of Indian Wells may book their times up to 14 days in advance and must present their Property Owner ID at check-in to receive the special resident rate. For information on obtaining your Property Owner I.D. Cards and additional "perks" : Click here.
