Joe Williams is a father of 2 from Sunnyvale, CA. Joe graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo then deciding to get in the golf business, he graduated from Professional Golf Career College. Joe has been an employee of IWGR for over 15 years working his way up to Director of Golf. Joe has been teaching golf for over 15 years.

Tom is a native Southern Californian. He grew up in Orange County before heading to San Diego for college and has been in the industry since 2005. He achieved his class "A" status while working at Indian Wells and was promoted to the Head Golf Professional in 2013. Tom was also the City of Indian Wells Hospitality Associate of the Year in 2016. Tom enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his wife Selene and young son Carson. Tom has taught hundreds of golf lessons ranging from total beginners to scratch golfers.

Randall has been teaching golf for 31 years. Randall has been a PGA member for over 30 years. He has served on the president's council as well as other boards in various sections. He has taught both in Hawaii and California.

Matt is from Santa Cruz, where he worked at Pasatiempo for over 5 years. After that he attended and graduated from the San Diego Golf Academy where he received various awards for playing and teaching. He has been at IWGR for 10 years as assistant golf professional and now is the Director of Night Golf.  He has taught golfers of all levels from PGA tour players to first time golfers. Matt was the 2015 Hospitality Employee of the Year for the City of Indian Wells.

Eric Solander grew up in Missoula, Montana. He started playing golf at the age of 12. During his time at Sentinel High School he was a four year varsity player on the golf team. Following his dream to play professional golf landed him in The Coachella Valley. He worked at Thunderbird Country Club, The Palms G.C., and is also currently a Lead Instructor at The First Tee of the Coachella Valley. Eric graduated with BA in Accounting from California State University – San Bernardino. He also is a Class A member of the PGA of America. His greatest loves are his family, wife Jody and dog Ernie. He also loves playing and watching basketball. Eric started the a PGA Junior League team at IWGR. Eric's lowest round of golf is 63!

Marissa is a true Southern California Native. She grew up playing golf and continued her golf career through college at Fresno State, where she graduated with honors with a Business Marketing Degree. Marissa's experience as amateur player taught her the value of a strong mental game and the importance of a strong practice regime. Fundamentals are keys the start of a good golf swing and correctly practicing those fundamentals will help sharpen a student's game. Marissa's main goal for her students is to improve their overall golf game so they can enjoy it for years to come. Marissa has been with Indian Wells Golf Resort for over 7 years and she enjoys experiencing new adventures. Marissa is the 2017 Hospitality Employee of the Year for the City of Indian Wells.

Kyle grew up in Orange County, California, and has been swinging a club since he was five years old. He played golf in many Junior Golf tournaments, the he played at the high school and collegiate levels. He also volunteered at various junior golf camps. Eventually, his passion for golf led him to the Golf Academy of San Diego, where he graduated in 2014. Believing that one can never stop learning about golf, he continues to work on his game and is currently working to complete the next level of the PGA.

Ryan grew up here in the Coachella Valley and has been playing golf at a very early age. He played in numerous junior tournaments and also played on the local La Quinta High School golf team, before deciding to play in some colligate golf tournaments. Ryan’s currently working on his Class A PGA. He enjoys watching his Chicago sports and spending time with his wife and son.

Tony is from Fairfield, OH. He has been golfing since his teenage years. Tony played 4 years at the varsity level in high school, a 4 year letterman at Barry University in Miami, Florida and has competed in local Southern Ohio and Southern California PGA Section events. A 2007 NCAA DII National Champion member, Tony decided to pursue the business upon graduation and has now been teaching for 12 years. His passions include working toward his Class A PGA status, his family, and his love for Cincinnati sports. His passion and love for the game of game has inspired him to make others golf games better.
