Joe Williams is a father of 2 from Sunnyvale, CA. Joe graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo then deciding to get in the golf business, he graduated from Professional Golf Career College. Joe has been an employee of IWGR for over 15 years working his way up to Director of Golf. Joe has been teaching golf for over 15 years.

Tom is a native Southern Californian. He grew up in Orange County before heading to San Diego for College. Tom graduated from the Golf Academy of San Diego with honors in 2007 and has been in the industry since 2005. He achieved his class "A" status while working at Indian Wells and has since been promoted to Head Golf Professional. Tom has taught hundreds of golf lessons ranging from total beginners to scratch golfers.

"I choose to grow the game of golf through proper etiquette and fundamentals. I want to give the student the ability to understand the golf swing and grow as a golfer. I always try to keep the learning curve in relative terms and simplify instruction."

Randall has been teaching golf for 31 years. Randall has been a PGA member for over 30 years. He has served on the president's council as well as other boards in various sections. He has taught both in Hawaii and California.

Matt is from Santa Cruz Ca. where he worked at Pasatiempo for over 5 years. After that he attended and graduated from the San Diego Golf Academy where he received various awards for playing and teaching. He has been at IWGR for 5 years as assistant golf professional and now associate golf professional. He has taught golfers of all levels from PGA tour players to first time golfers.

Eric Solander grew up in Missoula, Montana. He started playing golf at the age of 12. During his time at Sentinel High School he was a four year varsity player on the golf team. Following his dream to play professional golf landed him in The Coachella Valley. He worked at Thunderbird Country Club, The Palms G.C., and currently is a Lead Instructor at The First Tee of the Coachella Valley. Eric graduated with BA in Accounting from California State University – San Bernardino. He also is a Class A member of the PGA of America. His greatest loves are his family, wife Jody and dog Ernie. He also loves playing basketball and any sort of target games.

Marissa is a true Southern California Native. She grew up playing golf and continued her golf career through college at Fresno State, where she graduated with honors with a Business Marketing Degree. Marissa's experience as amateur player taught her the value of a strong mental game and the importance of a strong practice regime. Fundamentals are keys the start of a good golf swing and correctly practicing those fundamentals will help sharpen a student's game. Marissa's main goal for her students is to improve their overall golf game so they can enjoy it for years to come. Marissa has been with Indian Wells Golf Resort for over 6 years and she enjoys spending time with her family and daughter, Avery in her spare time.

Kyle grew up in Orange County, California, and has been swinging a club since he was five years old. He played golf in many Junior Golf tournaments, the he played at the high school and collegiate levels. He also volunteered at various junior golf camps. Eventually, his passion for golf led him to the Golf Academy of San Diego, where he graduated in 2014. Believing that one can never stop learning about golf, he continues to work om his game and is currently working to complete the next level of the PGA.

Sean grew up in Orange County and started golfing at the age of 7 with his grandfather and dad, but also had a huge passion for baseball and played baseball most of his life. After his baseball career ended abruptly in college he rekindled his passion for golf and attended and graduated from the Golf Academy of America in San Diego. He is currently a Level 1 Apprentice working towards getting his PGA Membership. He has prior work experience at Eagle Crest Golf Club and El Camino Country Club in San Diego County. Sean has a huge passion for teaching and growing the game of golf and enjoys sharing that passion with others.
